| CEO Recognized & Receives Commodore
Appointment |
In December of 2007 Alan Stockmeister was inducted into the
Association of Ohio Commodores.
The Association of Ohio Commodores is a group of individuals
recognized by the Governor of Ohio. Appointment to The Executive
Order of the Ohio Commodore is considered the state's highest
and most distinguished honor. Recognition is based on business
accomplishment, acumen, and leadership. As a non-profit organization
its esteemed members are primarily involved with supporting
the Office of the Governor and Lt. Governor as well as the Ohio
Department of Development's International Trade Division. They
sponsor international business and government delegations and
lead trade missions throughout the world
“I am very humbled and excited to receive an appointment
to The Executive Order of The Ohio Commodore. I am especially
pleased to know that family members of Governor James A. Rhodes
made the nomination. It is also very meaningful to receive the
appointment from Governor Ted Strickland whose roots are native
to this area. I have always actively sought to attract business
and develop jobs. Through this appointment, I will have the
opportunity to work with other Ohioans with vast development
expertise to work in a global arena. Going forward, I will do
my best to represent the people of Jackson County, Southeastern
Ohio and the State of Ohio to attract new business to our area.”

| OPM Begins PGC Manufacturing |
In a continuing effort to support its’ United States
Precious Metals products group, Ohio Precious Metals, LLC announced
today that it has started manufacturing PGC’s for use
in the plating industry.
The Potassium Gold Cyanide product will be certified as 68+%
gold. Although volumes will be manufactured on an “as
ordered” basis, the company will keep a small inventory
on hand to meet a “crisis” demand.

| Bill LeRoy Promoted to President |
The Management Committee of Ohio Precious Metals, LLC has
created the position of President.
At the December meeting of the Management Committee of Ohio
Precious Metals, LLC, Bill LeRoy was promoted from Executive
Vice President to PRESIDENT, effective immediately.
Kenny Triplett, Vice President, will also become more active
and will lead our marketing efforts.
Alan Stockmeister, who remains as CEO and Managing Director
of the Company, stated "Bill has made a very BIG difference
in the operation, control and management of our company. As
President, Bill, will continue to make us better. I am very
excited about Bill's leadership position and very excited that
Kenny has decided to play an even more active role!! It is our
collective goal to lead OPM into the future as "the leading
precious metals refiner and precious metals products manufacturer
in the USA".
The Management Committee whose duty is to carry out the corporate

increased financing for its precious metals accounts with JP
Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. “This financial arrangement allows
us continued growth and favorable rates for funding of our precious
metals. We are ecstatic about the relationship that we have

| Gas Furnaces Added to Melt Room Facilities
at Ohio Precious Metals, LLC |
| In November and December 2006 OPM significantly increased
its melting capacity by adding (6) six large volume gas furnaces
and a reverberating furnace. OPM also purchased a large rotary
furnace that will be added sometime in 2007. “The additional
capacity that was added by the installation of these gas furnaces
has been needed to sustain the rapid growth of the company”
stated Matt Newkirk, Plant Manager. The gas furnaces coupled
with the company’s existing large capacity induction furnaces
allows the company flexibility to consistently melt various
grades of metal from high grade to low grade. “This flexibility
has been greatly needed at our plant because of the variety
of material that is being scrapped and recycled” stated
Bill LeRoy, Executive Vice President of Ohio Precious Metals,
LLC. “We did it right. We relocated a large bag house,
applied for and received our permits all in an expedient manner.
We are now in operation and processing a large volume of material
to meet our customer demands” was the comment by Wayne
Oakley, Chemical Engineer. |

and United States Precious Metals |
Ecstasy Adkins, Quality Assurance Manager for Ohio Precious
Metals, LLC announced today that
Ohio Precious Metals, LLC and United States Precious Metals
(a division of Ohio Precious Metals,
LLC) received notification from Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc
that they were awarded their ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Registration
effective 10/4/06.
It was stated that Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. has assessed
the Quality Management Systems of Ohio Precious Metals, LLC
and United States Precious Metals and hereby declares that
the company is in conformance with ISO 9001:2000. It further
states, “This registration is in respect to the following
scope of supply: Refining of Precious Metals as well as Fabrication
and Packaging of Precious Metals and Chemical Products”.
Adkins stated, “ The entire QMS committee and our employees
are to be congratulated for
achieving this level of performance. This is an award of excellence

| United States Precious Metals Corporation (USPM) Merges Business Activities with Ohio Precious Metals LLC (OPM) |
| Allen Woody, President and Barry Driskill, Vice President of United States Precious Metals Corporation (USPM) located in Montvale, Virginia; announced today that they have merged the business activities of USPM with Ohio Precious Metals LLC (OPM) located in Jackson, Ohio.
USPM is a fabricator of precious metals products including silver anodes, PGC’s and other precious metals chemicals used in the electroplating business. OPM is a refiner of precious metals and a fabricator of similar electroplating products. "The merger of USPM into OPM is a natural fit for both of our companies", stated Alan Stockmeister, CEO and Managing Director of OPM.
Both companies have been doing business with each other for over (20) twenty years. "Now, we will both be working toward the same interests and goals" OPM will continue refining to a high standard of quality and USPM will continue fabricating products that will serve the electroplating industry", stated Mr. Woody.
The merger discussions have been active since July of 2005.
"This merger should be seamless and transparent to our existing customers", stated Barry Driskill. "Both Allen and I are remaining with the company and will be servicing our customers."
Allen Woody will remain as President of USPM reporting to Mike Moffatt, Products Manager of Plating Materials for OPM.
Bill LeRoy, Executive Vice President of Ohio Precious Metals LLC reinforced the Corporate mission of Ohio Precious Metals by stating, "This merger of United States Precious Metals into Ohio Precious Metals LLC continues the growth initiative that Ohio Precious Metals has taken over the last four years to vertically expand our refining business and products related business within the precious metals industry and to serve our industry in its many facets within the United States and abroad. | Ohio Precious Metals Announces Products Lines |
| Ohio Precious Metals announced today that it has established its product material sales line of high grade silver anodes. This line includes products marketed as: crystal, shot, nuggets, raisins, gumdrops, kisses, pillows, plates, and rods.
Mr. Moffatt will also oversee the production and sales of PGC's and associated products, including sales of Gold, Silver, Rhodium, and Palladium salts and solutions for electroplating.
